About Cindy Loke
Cindy joined Henry Goh’s Kuala Lumpur office in 2003 upon graduating with a degree in Economics from Universiti Putra Malaysia. After building a strong foundation in Malaysian trademark practice and demonstrating immense potential, she was selected in 2006 to transfer to our Singapore office, which was then experiencing dynamic growth following its establishment eight years earlier, in 1998.
In our Lion City office, Cindy took the helm of the Trade Mark Department. As a Senior Trade Mark Executive and ISTMA Registered Trade Mark Agent, she leads a dedicated team responsible for managing all aspects of trademark and design application processes for both international and domestic clients seeking protection in Singapore, a key intellectual property hub in ASEAN and beyond.
Cindy’s expertise spans the full spectrum of trademark and design work, including client advisory, formality and prosecution matters, and the coordination of administrative processes within the department. Cindy’s long-standing dedication reflects her genuine passion for her work and the team she supports. Her warmth, reliability, and approachable nature have made her an integral part of the team, as well as in forging strong relationships with both local and international clients and associates alike.
Cindy is a Registered Trade Mark Agent with the Institute of Singapore Trade Mark Agents (ISTMA).
Cindy finds joy and fulfillment in serving through her local community services and faith-based initiatives on weekends.
